A major component of our breeding program for both English and Gordon Setters is performance.  Primarily performance in the field.  Whether you hunt, field trial or do hunt tests you needs birds to train the dogs.  Here at Sevenoaks we raise Bobwhite and Coturnix Quail,  Pheasants and Chukar Partridge to enable our young puppies to encounter birds at an early age as they go for their daily walks.  Having an ample supply of birds also allows us to train our up and coming young dogs and to fine tune our older dogs.  
If you need Quail, Pheasant or Chukars to fine tune your dog or to run a field trial give us a call.  Prices and availability fluctuate so call and book your birds early.
If you need plans to make you own Johnny House or Pigeon Coop we have those available as well.  The two pens featured on this page will easily house up to 24 quail or 8 pairs of pigeons.  We have plans available for both pens that are easy to understand and easy to build.
